Welcome to Rich and Famous Eyewear’s website (the “Site”.) Before using the Site, read the below terms and conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy found on the next page. You are subject to the terms of service upon any use of the Site. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, you may not use the Site in any way.
1. Prices
RichandFamousEyewear.com displays prices for all goods in US dollars. Prices are subject to change, at anytime, at the sole and absolute discretion of Rich and Famous Eyewear.
2. Orders
While every reasonable attempt is made to fulfill your order, Rich and Famous Eyewear reserves the right to cancel an order in our sole and absolute discretion. If you wish to cancel an order that has not been shipped you must contact us immediately at info@RichandFamousEyewear.com.
3. Warranty
Rich and Famous Eyewear will replace your sunglass for $12.95 - no questions asked. If the frame you originally purchased is no longer in our inventory we will gladly select a similar frame on your behalf. Coupons, promotional codes, and special offers do not apply. 4. Returns
Rich and Famous Eyewear will accept returns for unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt. The policy covers sunglasses purchased either directly through the Rich and Famous Eyewear website or from any authorized Rich and Famous Eyewear retailer.
Simply return the sunglass to Rich and Famous Eyewear with your original receipt, a replacement item number from our website, and a check or money order made out to Rich and Famous Eyewear for $5.95, a nominal charge to cover ground shipping and handling. 5. Payment Methods
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover as methods of payment. Credit card information will be verified upon receipt of your order, but payment will not be charged until time of shipment. If you possess an E-Gift Certificate, you may use it upon checkout.
6. Promotional Codes and E-Gift Certificates
We offer occasional promotions that require the use of a provided code. If you are having difficulty entering your code successfully, please make sure to verify the code accuracy and that you are entering the code properly.
